Refund Policy

Spark Social Pop-Ups are small, intentionally designed experiences with limited space. Because your registration reserves a spot that may otherwise have gone to someone else, the following refund policy applies.

Cancellations

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before an event are eligible for a refund of the ticket price, less any non-refundable processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before an event are non-refundable.

Transfers

Can't make it but know another eligible single who would love to come? You may request to transfer your registration to another person before the event.

Transfers must be approved by Spark and the new participant must meet any eligibility requirements for that particular event.

No-Shows

Registrations are non-refundable if you do not attend the event.

Event Cancellation

If Spark Social Pop-Ups cancels an event, registered participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price or may be offered the option to apply their registration toward a future Spark event.

If an event must be postponed or rescheduled due to weather, venue circumstances, or another situation outside our reasonable control, registered participants will be contacted with available options.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
